MyLegalMitra is committed to upholding attorney-client privilege, personal data protection, and strict judicial confidentiality.

1. Indian Data Residency

All user data, case dockets, and generated drafts are stored exclusively in MeitY-empaneled datacenters located in Mumbai and Hyderabad, India. Data is never routed or stored outside India.

2. Data Security & AES-256 Vaults

All records at rest are secured using AES-256 encryption. Communications are encrypted via TLS 1.3. Cryptographic isolation prevents cross-tenant access between law firms and departments.

3. Zero Data Retention on AI Prompts

When utilizing our Grounded AI Pleading Copilot, matter files are processed in stateless sessions. No user input or petition excerpt is retained for model training.

4. No Session Replay & Strict Input Privacy

MyLegalMitra strictly disables third-party session recording and session replay tools (such as Hotjar, Clarity, LogRocket, or FullStory). We do not record user keystrokes, form inputs, or cursor telemetry across client dockets, pleadings, or confidential case notes. Any telemetry collected is strictly aggregated, pseudonymized, and restricted to operational system uptime monitoring.
