Welcome to MyLegalMitra ("Platform"), operated by MyLegalMitra Technologies. By accessing or using our practice management, court registry sync, and legal AI tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Judicial Registry Sync

MyLegalMitra aggregates public cause lists and court records from Indian judicial portals (Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and Appellate Tribunals). Users are responsible for verifying official court listings directly for courtroom appearance.

2. Zero Model Training & Confidentiality

MyLegalMitra adheres to strict client confidentiality. Customer petitions, draft counter-affidavits, and notes are never used to train public or proprietary AI models.

3. Subscription & Termination

Our Starter Chamber tier is free forever. Paid tiers (Advocate Pro, Firm Enterprise, Govt/PSU) are billed according to your selected monthly or annual cycle and may be cancelled from account settings at any time.

4. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation Policy

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) using your registered payment method unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel renewal at any time directly through Account Settings > Billing or by contacting support@mylegalmitra.com. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

5. DMCA / Copyright Policy & Designated Agent

MyLegalMitra respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and Indian Copyright Act, 1957. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied or made available on our platform in a manner that constitutes infringement, please submit a written notice to our Designated DMCA / Copyright Agent:

Takedown notices must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material with URL, (3) contact details of complainant, (4) good-faith belief statement, and (5) physical or electronic signature.
